Job Title: Senior Research & Policy Manager, Eating Better

Hours:  37.5 hours a week (full-time equivalent)
Salary: £40,000 per annum plus pension contribution
Contract: The funding for this position is for 3 years. 
Place of work: Home based with ability to travel into London on a monthly basis
Job requirements: Evidence of proof of right to work in the UK

The Senior Research and Policy Manager will be part of our small team, working closely with the Executive Director to lead the development and delivery of our influencing strategy and to oversee delivery of our alliance projects. This role will support our new 3 year plan to increase the diversity across the alliance and develop our work across the four nations. You will manage our Graduate Researcher and commission consultants, and you will work closely with our communications lead. Learn more and apply.

Job Title: Community Mobiliser
Reporting to: Executive Director
Salary: £32,000 per year plus pension contribution 
Hours per week: Full time
Based: Home-based with travel for meetings in London when required and twice a year to Germany, France or The Netherlands.

This is a new role, offered in collaboration with Healthy Food Healthy Planet, is to primarily help grow the diversity of our movement in the UK. We are seeking a values-driven self-starter, and energetic community mobiliser to help diversify our membership across different racial and ethnic groups, bringing in new voices and perspectives. You have excellent interpersonal skills, are an empathetic communicator, able to build and weave connections and make others feel valued. You have affinity with the objectives of Eating Better and Healthy Food Healthy Planet, and ideally know how to translate movement building and mobilising into more inclusive narratives, campaigns and ways of working.
