Madre Brava is an international climate advocacy organisation. They envision a world where there's 100% sustainable, healthy, affordable food for all. Their mission is to protect people, animals and the planet by leading a bold shift to more plants in food.
"Madre Brava's vision is a world with sustainable, healthy, affordable food for everyone. For us, this means more plants on plates, and fewer animal products. So we're delighted to join the Eating Better Alliance, which has brought together a diverse and hugely impressive group of organisations with this goal in mind."
Farm Adaptation Network is dedicated to supporting farmers and stakeholders in transitioning toward resilient and sustainable agricultural practices. By fostering business, policy, and research opportunities, they enable farming practices that can survive and thrive with changing climate and dietary patterns. Their work is rooted in collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to a just agricultural transition that benefits both farmers and the global food system. This is why they take a whole-systems approach and address the entire ecosystem that makes the shift away from intensive, resource heavy agriculture to plant-rich approaches possible at scale.
“We are delighted to be joining the Eating Better Alliance. Our mission at Farm Adaptation Network is to put farmers at the heart of the transition to sustainable food systems. In joining forces with the alliance of over 68 leading organisations across farming, environment, health, and social justice sectors, we are strengthening FANs work to create business, policy ,and network opportunities that future proof farmers in a world with more farmer-led plant-rich production.”
We look forward to working with Madre Brava and the Farm Adaptation Network on projects in the coming months and are excited for the opportunity to work with an even broader cohort.
